Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 7.75 x 10, November 23, 1874. President Grant orders the Secretary of State to “affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of Harris Fisher and Henry Goldstein.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Grant. In fine condition, with scattered light creases, a horizontal fold through the signature, a few thumbprints, one next to signature, and a pencil notation to the upper left.
