Crisply signed at the conclusion by President Grant, and countersigned by Secretary of State Hamilton Fish. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with old tape on the back of some splitting to the intersecting folds. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
