<B>U.S. Flag & Patch Flown to the Moon on Apollo 15!</B></I> A 6" x 4" U.S. flag and the Apollo 15 patch are affixed to a 9" x 11" mat inscribed "<I>To Joe Garino with best wishes from/ the Apollo 15 crew. These items were/ flown on the Endeavour 26 Jul - 7 Aug 1971/ Al Worden,</B></I>" also signed "<I>Dave Scott</B></I>" and "<I>Jim Irwin.</B></I>" Irwin's signature is a bit faded. Matted to 9.5" x 12.5" and framed to 11" x 14". Worden was the pilot of the Command Module Endeavour. While Scott and Irwin were on the moon, Worden logged 38 minutes in extravehicular activity outside the Endeavour, retrieving film cassettes from the panoramic and mapping cameras from the scientific instrument module bay. <I>From the collection of renowned former physical trainer of the astronauts Joe Garino.
