This exquisite Burmese belt buckle dates to the 19th century and is made of partly gilded silver. The beautifully curved shape is elaborately reticulated with a floral decor featuring 9 rose quartz stones and 78 rock crystal stones. The buckle consists of two parts, each with a mechanism to pull a belt through. The upper part also features an engraved dedication from 1920 in Burmese script.The belt buckle is in very good condition with related signs of age and wear without any loss of material. The overall weight is 159.55 grams and the maximum size is 8.5 x 6.5 cm. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
