A) Manufactured in 1951. Simmons matte vent rib with Hi-Viz sight added in front of single bead front sight, center steel bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chamber, choked full. Standard barrel markings, mounted with a flat bottom 14 groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a slightly ill-fitting solid rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 1/2". The Model 12 was the first slide action hammerless shotgun built by Winchester.

B) Manufactured in 1959. Dovetail silver bead front sight with an adjustable sporting rear sight and 3/4 length magazine tube. Standard markings on the barrel, jeweled bolt, 17 groove flat bottom forearm and a smooth pistol grip stock with a Winchester checkered plastic buttplate.

A) Excellent. The shotgun retains approximately 97% blue finish with some wear on magazine tube from cycling the action and a very small area of minor rust on left side of the receiver. The markings are clear and crisp. The wood is excellent with some scratches on the bottom of the stock and an inch area on the left side of the stock where the finish has thinned. The action is excellent.

B) Excellent. The rifle retains approximately 99% of its original blue finish with wear on the magazine tube from cycling the action and overall some light handling marks. The markings are clear and crisp. The wood is excellent with a small gouge on the right side of the grip and otherwise some light scratches and handling marks on the forearm and stock. The action is excellent.
