A) Solid rib with rounded front blade sight and a serrated hammer spur and barrel catch spur. Marked with the Webley & Scott address on the top strap, "MARK.IV 38 145/200" on the left side, "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the right and "WAR FINISH" on the right side of the frame. It also has numerous proof and acceptance marks on the frame and behind each cylinder flute. Fitted with checkered plastic grips "WEBLEY" in the ovals at the top and a lanyard ring on the butt.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 95% original blue finish with some high edge wear and thinning on the grip straps. The grips are very fine with a number of minor dents, scuffs and scratches, and crisp checkering. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.

B) 1918 dated frame, broad arrow and various British proof marks, matching serial number on the frame, barrel lug and cylinder, pinned blade front sight, notch rear sight and fitted with plastic checkered grips and a lanyard ring on the butt.

Condition: Very fine. The revolver retains 75% original blue finish with the balance having a smooth gray patina. The majority of the finish remains on the frame and cylinder. The grips are very fine with some minor scuffs and scratches, with crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
