A) Single bead sight, with "P/ flaming bomb" on the barrel, along with the standard commercial markings. The receiver is also marked "P/ bomb" next to "U.S." on the left side. Smooth straight grip stock, with a serrated buttplate. Improved cylinder choke, 2 3/4" chamber, 14" pull.

Condition: Very fine, with 75% plus of the faded original blue finish, showing a few areas of gray patina, mild handling marks and scattered spotting. A small amount of pitting is present on the receiver. Stock is good, with exception of a dent on the right side of the forearm, gaps between the stock and lower tang, and some light dings. Mechanically excellent.

B) Single bead sight on the Lyman Cutts compensator, with "U.S. (bomb)" on top of the barrel and "LNN" on the side along with the standard address, patent, and gauge markings. The receiver is marked "U.S. (bomb) MILITARY FINISH". Smooth stock, with the crossed cannons and "FJA" cartouches on the buttstock and a serrated plastic buttplate. 2 3/4" chamber, 14" pull.

Condition: Very fine, with 90% of the original blue finish, showing scattered brown spotting, edge wear, and a gray patina on the receiver. Stock is very good, with exception of a chip near the upper tang, pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
