Two U.S. Colt Commando Double Action Revolvers A) Colt Commando Revolver
Produced from 1942 to 1945 and was primarily intended for issue to police forces, defense plant guards, and other non-military armed personnel. Fixed blade and notch receiver rear sights, with standard two line Hartford address/patent dates on top of the barrel and two line mode/caliber marking on the left. The frame is marked with the ordnance bomb on the left side. The butt is marked with the number "4". It has the military style brown checkered plastic grips with the Rampant Colt at the top.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original parkerized finish with some mild scratches and a noticeable cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with a few mild handling marks. The checkering is crisp and the gun is possibly unfired.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 98% original parkerized finish with a smooth gray patina on the upper part of the crane and inside of the frame with some light scratches and a minor cylinder drag line. There is a patch of deep pitting on the cylinder. The grips are also excellent with a few minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp and the gun is possibly unfired.
