Two Swords and a U.S. Ames Model 1870 Rolling Block Bayonet

1) Henderson-Ames (Kalamazoo) Patriarchs Militant lodge sword, 34 inches overall with an etched 28 inch blade marked "B.B.Brinton." along the side, gilt hilt fittings and a wire wrapped grip. With a nickel and gilt finished sheath, a brown leather Henderson-Ames sword case with "B.B.Brinton/Stuart/Iowa" on a plaque on the flap, and a cabinet card featuring an Iowa member of the Patriarchs in uniform. 2) M.C. Lilley cadet sword, 35 1/2 inches overall with a 30 inch etched blade, gilt guard and pommel, and a metal grip. With a nickel and gilt sheath. 3) Ames Model 1870 Remington Rolling Block Bayonet, 24 3/4 inches overall with a 20 inch double edged single fuller blade marked "U.S.N./GGS/1871" on the left ricasso, "S" on the guard, "GGS." above the lug slot and "HN" on the pommel. Cast brass hilt, with a leather and brass sheath and a brown leather frog.

1) Excellent, with some light handling marks overall. 2) Very good, with some minor flaking and handling marks overall. A fine aged patina is present on the exposed brass. 3) Fine, with mild spotting on the blade, a fine aged patina on the brass, and cracking and scuffs on the leather.
