Two Sword Canes
1) Hardwood sword cane, 36 1/2" tall, with a metal tipped, two silver bands, and a horn hooked head connected to a 26" spike blade. Both sides of the blade have a blued scroll pattern from the rear to the mid-pint, with the remaining surfaces bright. The silver bands have hallmarks with a silver maker address disc near a band marked "JOYERIA / SANTRAGS / INGLESA". 2) Hardwood sword cane, 34 1/2" tall, with metal tip, and silver bands at the joint and tip. Ornate brass head connected to a 27 1/2" single fuller etched blade with spring loaded etched cross guard. Blade is etched "TOLEDO" and marked "Margee / de / fabrique" on one side and "O. Oldam & Co. / Fab in a Paris".

Condition: 1) Very good. The hardwood has crazed varnish with some hairline cracks and most of the varnish remaining. The horn has some mild handling marks with a missing minor chip. The blade has some minor pitting and the blue finish is thinning to a gray. 2) Very good. The hardwood has some minor cracks on the scabbard and handle. The handle is loose. The blade has some minor pitting with most of the etching remaining. The brass is fine.
