Two Spode Collectors Plates, 1 is a Commemorative Plate marking the 2500th Anniversary of the founding of the Persian Empire ''The Imperial Plate of Persia'' by Spode on the back it says The Imperial Plate of Persia with the approval of his imperial majesty Mohammad Reza Pahlavi Aryamehr Shahanshah of Iran, this plate has been produced in 1971 in a limited edition of 10,000 to commemorate 2,500 years of Persian monarchy Spode England Bone China, measures approx. 10.5'' in diameter and the other plate is ''The Charles Dickens Plate'' by Spode commemorating the Dickens Centenary this plate has been created by his potters in a limited edition of five thousand of which this is number 1977 marked Spode Bone China England and measures approx. 10.5'' in diameter. *** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 21 and can enter into legal contracts.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
