Condition:
1) Fair, with a mixed gray patina overall. Some pitting and cracks are visible on the blade, with a chipped tip. A crack is visible in the "rope" on the right side of the guard. Wire is tight, and all the fittings are firmly secured to the blade. The grip and guard appear to have been rebuilt at a later period. A very nice example in view of some later repairs. 2) Good, with a mixed brown and gray patina, scattered pitting, and a few dings on the blade. The grip may be a replacement.
