Manufactured from 1913 to 1921, with a total production of 8,350. The top of the frame is marked with the three line address/patent dates flanked by Maltese crosses, and also flanked by crosses "35 S&W AUTO CTG" on the left side of the barrel. The left rear of the frame is marked with the S&W Trademark logo and the serial number appears on the front strap. Blade front and frame notch rear sights, seven round detachable magazine and fitted with smooth walnut grips with inlaid S&W medallions. Complete with the original box numbered to the gun, with correct end label and directions sheet affixed to the inside of the lid.

Condition: Very fine, with 97% of the finish remaining. Wear is mainly at the muzzle, front of the trigger guard, and magazine release. There are some deep marks and scratches located on the back of the gun by the backstrap and a medium sized ding just above the slide. The grips are good with a hairline crack in the left grip and some discoloration in the finish of the right grip. The box is very fine with some wear along the edges and a small 1/4" piece out of the end label. The inside directions sheet has a 3/4" round area missing from the Spanish side of the directions. Some discoloration on the bottom of the box, but overall very fine.

B) Smith & Wesson Model of 1913 .35 Semi-Automatic Pistol
Manufactured from 1913 to 1921. Nickel plated with blue trigger guard, trigger, bolt, magazine release and magazine. Standard markings and features. Blade front and frame notch rear sights, seven round detachable magazine and fitted with checkered walnut grips with inlaid S&W medallions.

Condition: Very good with 85% of the finish remaining. The nickel finish is beginning to flake away around the muzzle and wear thin on the high edges. The backstrap has high level of wear around the revolving cam and near the magazine release. The screw near the trigger guard has some dings and dents and overall there are minor scratches in the finish and some pitting. The grips are good with wear on the crude checkering and small cracks around the lower screws. The action functions well.
