Two Smith & Wesson .22 Hand Ejector Double Action Revolvers -A) 1st Model Smith & Wesson Ladysmith D
A) Features fixed sights, with the two line address/patent dates flanked by Maltese crosses on top of the barrel, one line caliber marking on the left side and the small Smith & Wesson logo on the left side of the frame. Casehardened hammer and trigger, and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with a diamond pattern around the screw and "S&W" embossed at the top of each panel. Complete with factory letter that states the revolver was shipped to a J.A. Sullivan of Anderson, SC on the 14th of May 1904 and verifies the 3" barrel, blue finish and hard rubber grips.

Condition: Very fine. The barrel and frame retain 80% of the original blue finish with a spotty brown patina on the balance. The cylinder shows 70% of the thinning original blue finish with a few areas of light pitting and a smooth brown patina on the balance. Grips are excellent with light handling marks and the black color beginning to lighten in some spots. Mechanically excellent.

B) Smith & Wesson 22 Ladysmith 3rd Model Revolver
Smith & Wesson manufactured about 12,200 of these square butt models from 1910 to 1921. Two line address/patent dates marked on top of the barrel, "22 S&W CTG" on the left side and the S&W logo on the right side of the frame. Blue finish with casehardened trigger and hammer and fitted with smooth walnut grips with S&W medallions.

Condition: Good. The barrel retains 30% of the original blue finish with a smooth brown/gray patina on the balance and a few dings. The front sight has been taken down slightly. The frame shows 60% original blue with the remainder a brown/gray patina. The cylinder also retains 30% of the original thinning blue finish with a gray patina on the balance as well as minor pitting and nicks. The grips are very good with handling marks and scratches scattered overall. Mechanically excellent.
