Blade and adjustable peep sights, with a Remington barrel dated "8-44", standard receiver markings, Blue bolt assembly and one piece straight grip stock and handguard with "FJA" cartouche on the left side, a number of small proofs ahead of the magazine, circled "P"in the grip, sling swivels and a checkered flat buttplate with compartment containing an original pull through bore brush and oiler. The front sight cover is marked with the ordnance bomb over "U.S." and there is a small "R" on some parts.

Condition: Very fine as arsenal refurbished. The rifle retains 90% thinning original parkerized finish with some minor pitting on the receiver. The bolt assembly retains 98% blue finish with thinning on the handle. The stock is good with a number of cuts in the stock around the buttplate tang and overall scattered minor dents, dings and scratches. The markings are highlighted in white and remain clear. The action is excellent.

B) U.S. Remington Model 1903-A3 Bolt Action Rifle
Hooded blade front, marked "C64157-4" on the left side, and adjustable peep rear sights, with a "7-43" dated Remington barrel and standard receiver marking. The bolt assembly is blue, and mounted with a smooth straight grip stock with "SA / J" cartouche on the left side, circled "P" behind the trigger guard, "H90" on the right rear and checkered buttplate with compartment containing an original pull through bore brush and oiler.

Condition: Very fine. The rifle retains 90% original thinning parkerized finish. The bolt retains 95% original blue finish with loss limited to wear from normal usage. The stock has been lightly sanded in areas and freshened with a coat of varnish and remains very good with some scattered minor dings and dents. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
