1) Knights of Pythias ceremonial kepi. The brim is made of black felt, with silver embroidered laurel wreath, calla lilies and "46" in the front. The crown is bright blue and has a silver embroidered red velvet diamond with calla lily in center, above "Missouri". Either side of cap has a silver button, marked "UNIFORM RANK / KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS" surrounding a calla lily, which holds the knotted silver braid rope cap band on. Black rubberized or leather visor, with the retailer "HENDERSON AMES CO." embossed olive/brown cotton lining and leather sweat band. 2) As "1", except brim numbered "87", crown marked "ILL.", and light blue silk lining embossed with "THE M.C. LILLEY & CO." retailer's mark. 3) Navy blue Officer's kepi, with gold laurel wreath around "32" on brim. Entire brim has gold ribbon around it, with two gold colored buttons to hold on the knotted gold braid rope cap band. Leather visor and sweat band with navy blue silk lining.

Condition: 1) Fair with moderate moth wear overall. Left side has minor staining/discoloration. Silver thread has darkened with age. Visor has some scratches and is chipped around the edge. Lining is good with light staining/discoloration. Sweat band is fair with cracking, holes, light tears and is loose in the back. 2) Good, with light moth damage, the majority of which is on the crown. Sweat band is good, although the majority of it has come loose. Otherwise as "1". 3) Good with light moth damage and two small holes along edge of crown. Gold ribbon and braided rope are both good and have darkened with age. Visor is fair with cracking/wrinkles. Lining is very good. Sweat band is very good with some discoloration and light wear.
