Lot of two pair of Northern Plains moccasins:
a) Early Cheyenne beaded moccasins with beaded split tongues. Pale blue, cobalt, white, yellow and white-heart red beads make up the geometric design. Noticeable bead loss. 11 1/2" long. Circa 1900.
b) Northern Plains Sioux Moccasins. Blue buffalo tracks over a central red stripe. Green, cobalt and white-heart red stepped geometric designs along the sides on a white field. Half-beaded bifurcated tongues with tin cones attached. Hard parfleche soles. Slight bead loss on one small area but overall fine condition. 11" long. Circa 1900.
