A) Manufactured in Italy in 1984 with the standard markings and features with the addition of custom engraving consisting of an engraved ram in an oval with a banner above containing "Ol' Half Nuts", a bison in an oval on the left side of the receiver and an elk in an oval with a punch dot border, a cowboy on a horse about to shoot at two running bison on the right side. The hammer is engraved on the left side with an arm swinging a hammer and the right side has some floral scroll. The left and right side of the lever have a small flourish of scroll engraving. Mounted on a smooth straight grip stock with a curved brass buttplate with an engraving of a naked lady and the initials "D.D./W".

Condition: Custom embellished with 95% original blue finish remaining. There is some wear on the lever from cycling and some discoloration around the engraving on the lever. The barrel has a few small patches of oxidation. The buttplate has some discoloration. The wood is excellent with some light scratches and dings.
- B) Manufactured in 1927. Ramped blade front sight, (hood absent), and adjustable buckhorn rear sight. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the two line address/proof steel and Winchester trade mark markings followed by the model and caliber. Saddle ring and stud on the left side of the receiver and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Condition: Fair as factory rebarreled. The carbine retains traces of the original blue finish with areas thinning to a smooth gray patina on the barrel and mostly a smooth gray patina on the receiver with original blue finish around the saddle ring stud. The replaced rifle buttstock is fair overall. The forearm shows a few minor pressure dents and scratches. The stock has a large crude wood putty repair on the right side of the comb and on the underside. There is a minor crack running from the rear of the lower tang to the buttplate. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is fine.
