Two Krag Bolt Action Long Guns A) Danish Model 1889 Krag Jorgensen Bolt Action Rifle with Bayonet
Manufactured at the Copenhagen Arsenal. The left side of the receiver and barrel are marked with the serial number, the left side of the receiver is marked with the Copenhagen Arsenal marking followed by 1899 (the date of manufacture) over "M89". The top of the barrel at the breech is marked with a "crown/01". Matching serial number also marked on the bolt, rear sight and magazine. The rifle is equipped with a blade front sight and ladder rear sight graduated to 2,000 meters. Mounted with a full one piece pistol grip stock with a flat steel buttplate and leather sling. Complete with a bayonet with a smooth wooden handle and mis-matched metal scabbard. The left side of the stock is marked with a "crown/01". The right side of the blade is marked with a "crown/K" and it's marked with an "eagle/WaA84" Nazi proof mark .

Condition: Very fine . The rifle retains 70% original blue finish with the forward portion of the barrel thinning to a smooth plum patina. The breech end shows some wear to gray and there is a small area of brown on the receiver ring. The top and side of the magazine and the trigger guard have a smooth mottled gray patina. The stock is good with overall minor dents, dings and scratches. The sling is good. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent. The bayonet is very good and the scabbard is good with some minor pitting.

B) Danish Krag Jorgensen Bolt Action Military Infantry Carbine with Bayonet
The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number followed by "M.89 crown/HV 1942", the left rear of the barrel is marked with the matching serial number preceded by the letter "F" over a Nazi "eagle/WaA??", and the top is marked with the letter "C" over a block "C / crown/DK ". Blade front sight and tangent rear sight graduated to 2,000 meters, and mounted with a full one piece straight grip stock with iron buttplate, sling swivels and marked with the matching serial number on the bottom. Complete with a bayonet with smooth wooden handle, mis-matched metal scabbard and leather hanger.

Condition: Very good. The carbine retains traces of the original dull blue finish thinning on the barrel. The heavily sanded/refinished stock is good with a round plug replacing the unit disk, faint grasping grooves, otherwise there are a few minor dents, dings and scratches. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent. The bayonet is very good. The scabbard and hanger are good with some chips in the finish on the scabbard and moderate wear and crack on the hanger.
