Two Japanese Type 14 Pistols -A) Japanese Type 14 Small Trigger Guard Nambu Pistol with Spare Non-Ma
A) Manufactured in September 1936 (11.9) by the Nagoya Nambu-Kokubunji Factory. This pistol has the early cocking knob and small trigger guard. Blue finish with straw colored safety and trigger. It is fitted with horizontally serrated grips blued magazine numbered to a different gun (051). Complete with a spare magazine also numbered to a different gun (970).

Condition: Very fine. The pistol retains 85% original blue finish thinning to a brown and gray patina. There is some minor scattered light pitting (mostly on the grip straps). "LM 11/22/55 / PAS" is scratched on the front grip strap. The safety and trigger retain 60% of the straw color. The grips are fine with some minor dings and chips. Mechanically fine.

B) Nagoya Arsenal Type 14 Large Trigger Guard Nambu Pistol with Matching Magazine
Dated 19.3 (March 1944), fixed sights and standard markings, with the knurled cocking knob, blue finished small parts, blue finished trigger and safety, ribbed grips and matching numbered blue magazine with alloy base.

Condition: Excellent, with 98% plus of the original military blue finish, showing the start of a brown patina on the grip straps, light edge wear and scattered minor handling marks. Grips are excellent, with a few minor scratches. Mechanically excellent.
