Two Italian Long Guns A) Italian Youth Training Rifle with Bayonet
Dated "1931-IX" on the upper left side of the chamber. This carbine is a scaled down version of the issue type, and some sources believe they were only intended for firing blanks. Adjustable rear sight, marked "F.N.A. / BRESCIA" on top flat, Fascist symbol on the receiver ring, stock numbered to gun. With a folding blunt tip spike bayonet.

Condition: Very good, with a smooth brown patina with scattered traces of original blue finish remaining. Wood is fine with cracked wrist and "V" carved on buttstock (right side), along with some scattered minor dings.

B) Rare Nazi Proofed Italian Carcano Model 1938 Carbine
"Rare Volksturm" Carcano converted to 8x57 caliber. Top of barrel is marked "BERETTA / GARDONE", with "UK9072" over the serial number on left side and "1941-XX" and a Nazi eagle/swastika test proof on the right side of the barrel. Receiver marked Hk (in oval). Fixed sights and folding bayonet. Left side of stock near receiver is stamped "K 1001" and left side of buttstock is stamped "TM / 2851", with an "eagle/WaA" proof on the underside.

Condition: Excellent. The carbine retains 95% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with some minor spotting. The wood is fine with some minor dings and scratches
