1) Contract from September 16, 1911 signed by J.M. and M.S. Browning and Colt President Col. C.L.F. Robinson. The contract details the licensing agreement with Vickers Limited. The contract gives the Browning's consent to Colt to license to Vickers Limited under British patents. 2) Letter dated September 16, 1911 detailing the royalty amount to be paid to Browning. The letter states that if the amount paid by Vickers Limited to Colt is less than $2.50 per gun, Browning will accept a royalty of $.50 per gun. The letter is signed by J.M. Browning.
