Description: Two vintage hackamores. One is pretty rare and is hallmarked Frank Barrera, who is credited with patenting the mechanical hackamore back in the 1930s. The other is by Ken Dunning. Maker: Frank Barrera on one, Ken Dunning on the other. Approx. Age: The Frank Barrera is circa 1930s, the Ken Dunning is dated 1964. Size: Shank 11-7/8” nose band 4-3/8” wide, Shank 9-3/8” noseband 4” wide. Condition: Pretty good for their ages, normal wear expected. Please look closely at the pictures - they are an important part of our description. Shipping: There will be a $8 handling / packaging fee for shipping this lot. The actual cost of postage will be added on top of that.

This charge is in addition to the cost of postage and if several items are purchased by one person, going the same place, we will discount the handling / packaging charges based upon volume and difficulty of the items to ship.
