Two Great Eastern Railway dark blue enamel plates from the Fenchurch Street station departure board - "LEMAN ST" and "SHADWELL". Each is flangeless, 23"x1 1/2", with minor chipping only. Both stations were on the line to Stepney. Leman Street opened in 1877 and closed in 1941; Shadwell opened in 1840; was renamed "Shadwell and St George's East" in 1900 and closed in 1941.
