Good for one share of stock, "equal to the one hundred and twelfth part of the Flax, Cotton & Manufactory of Louis I. Lannay & Co. comprehending Mills, Machinery, Water and one hundred acres of Land..." Note two different spellings of Louis. Dated Baltimore, 1814. Signed by LI Lannay and Jas. McCulloch. 10.5 x 8.25" Rough edges. No information located. 2) Rock Manufacturing Company. No. 31, issued to Daniel Taylor in 1841 in Claremont, New Hampshire. Signed by clerk Freeman. Transferred on the bottom. 7 x 8.5" We were not able to locate any information on what this company manufactured.
