Dovetailed German silver blade front and notch rear sights, with "DERINGER" on top of the breech and "XXI" on the breech, barrel and stock. Light scroll engraving is present on several parts. Checkered bird's head grip stock, with German silver furniture and an inscription shield marked "A. Ficht". BBL: 3 3/4 inch flat top Stock: Gauge: 40 Finish: brown Grips: walnut Serial Number: NSN Condition: Good, with a mixed brown and gray patina on the barrel, and a mixed gray on the other steel components. Stock is good, with a small crack opposite the lock, mild pressure dents and sharp checkering. Mechanically very good. -Produced circa 1850-1860s. Brass blade front and notch rear sights, with "CAST STEEL" on the barrel, "GILLESPIE/WARRANTED" on the breech, and "GILLESPIE" on the lockplate. Scroll engraving is present on several parts. German silver stock furniture, with a checkered bird's head butt. BBL: 2 1/4 inch flattop Stock: Gauge: 41 Finish: brown Grips: walnut Serial Number: nsn Condition: Good. The barrel shows traces of a fine twist pattern, with a mixed brown and gray patina, and the breech, hammer and lock plate showing a mixed gray, with light handling marks and spotting. The right side of the rear sight is absent, and a crack is visible on the hammer spur. Stock is very good as revarnished, with dents on the top, mild scratches and scattered handling marks. Mechanically good.
