(Chicago: Reilly & Britton Company, 1907), first edition, second state, with "Reilly & Britton" on spine; "O" in Ozma present on fifth line, page 11, page 221 is in color, publisher's advertisement facing half-title page and at back offers two titles <I>Land of Oz</B></I> and <I>John Dough and the Cherub</B></I>, 270 pages, illustrations by John R. Neill, tan pictorial cloth, color pictorial endpapers, 8vo (7” x 9.5”), contents toned as usual, binding shaken, spine strap attached on one side only, old repair to rear board, significant insect damage, warrants professional restoration, else good. The second copy is a fourth printing, with blank endpapers, and the publisher’s catalog at back lists titles through <I>The Lost Princess of Oz</B></I>.
