<B>Two Colonial American Documents.</B></I> Lot includes a October 19, 1713 legal document 7.75” x 12”, “<I>in the county of Plimouth sic in New England</B></I>”, with the usual endorsements on the verso. This document is an indenture for land in the town of Plymouth, Massachusetts. The paper has uniformly toned with age and there are chips along the edges of the document, else good with the usual fold creases. The second document, measuring 8” x 4” and dated February 4, 1804, from Falmouth, Massachusetts is a 30-day promissory note for $52.80.
