Two CDV images, circa 1860. The first is a vignette of a soldier, in full uniform, wearing a kepi. Taken by Fontayne, 561 Broadway, NY. The second is taken after the war by Sarony 680 Broadway, NY. Pencil writing on back of CDVs, identifying the man as ''Haws'' and also provides photographer's notes for retouches. Card mount has three thumbtack holes. Measures approx. 2.5'' x 4'' and 2.5'' x 5''. Both in good condition.
