Blade and tangent sights, with "STEYR / 1903" on the receiver and the Bulgarian crest over "M. 95M" on the receiver ring. Matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, stock, and barrel. "9153P" stamped on left side of buttstock.

Condition: Very fine. The rifle retains 75% original blue finish thinning to a brown patina with some mottled gray patina on the receiver. There is some scattered minor pitting. The wood is very good with numerous minor dings and pressure marks, along with a repaired dented chip on the forearm near the receiver (left side).

B) Italian Type I Japanese Contract Bolt Action Rifle
Manufactured in Italy for Japan during WW II, this rifle is absent of any markings except for the serial number on the left rear of the barrel. Inverted "V" front sight, rear sight graduated to 2400 meters, straight bolt handle and mounted with a pistol grip walnut stock and handguard with a steel buttplate, finger grooved forearm, and sling swivels.

Condition: Excellent. The rifle retains 90% original blue finish with the rear of the barrel thinning to a brown patina and a smooth gray patina on the floor plate. There is some mild spotting. The wood is excellent with some minor dents, dings, and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
