A) This pistol has the standard Astra starburst logo and slide markings, and the various Spanish Eibar proofmarks on the barrel, chamber, slide and left rear of the frame including the circle "P" firing proof. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with lanyard ring on butt. This is one of 10,000 pistols delivered to the German Army on Feb., 1944 (See Whittington's book, page 214).

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 95% faded original finish with some high edge wear, some very light spotting on the front strap and thinning on the grip safety. There are a few minor dings and scratches. The grips are very fine with a few minor pressure dents and dings, and crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is fine.

B) Astra Model 1921 (400) Semi-Automatic Pistol
This pistol has the standard Astra crest and four line rear slide marking, as well as the Spanish Eibar and firing proofs. All blue finish with bright barrel, trigger and thumb safety, blue magazine with the Astra logo on the bottom of the toe, lanyard loop on the left heel and fitted with checkered walnut grips.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 78% original finish with some high edge wear and a couple of areas of minor pitting on the left side of the slide and frame. There is some minor spotting around the base of the lanyard loop. The grips are excellent with some minor wear on the lower edges, a few minor handling marks and sharp checkering. The markings are highlighted in white and remain crisp. The action is excellent.
