Two Antique Spur Trigger Revolvers A) Aetna Arms Pocket Revolver
Manufactured circa 1869 to 1880 and is a very close copy of the Smith & Wesson 1st Model, 3rd Issue. Standard one line New York address on the barrel rib, with matching serial number on frame and barrel.

Condition: Very good. The cylinder and barrel have a smooth brown patina with a heavy concentration of original blue finish on the barrel. Repaired barrel hinge (barrel is loose). The frame retains traces of original silver plating in the protected areas with the exposed brass having an even aged patina. The grips are very good with a series of pressure dents (right panel) and some minor scratches.

B) Forehand & Wadsworth 22 Caliber Side Hammer Pocket Revolver
Manufactured in the 1870s with total production estimated at 1,000. Blade and notch sights, with the two line address/patent markings on the left barrel flat. Plain cylinder numbered to the gun. The grips are also numbered to the gun with the number "37878" on the cylinder pin.

Condition: Fine. The revolver retains 70% frosted original nickel finish with the balance a brown patina. The grips are very good with a missing chip (right panel) and some minor handling marks.
