Two Antique Spur Trigger Pocket Revolvers A) Forehand & Wadsworth Bull Dog Single Action Revolver
German silver blade front and notch rear sights, with the two line address and patent marks on the left side of the barrel and "BULL DOG." on the top strap. Matching numbers on the barrel, cylinder pin, cylinder and butt, with "17" assembly number on both grips and the left side of the backstrap. Checkered hammer and trigger, with smooth birds head grips.

Condition: Good, with traces of the original blue finish, showing a mixed brown and gray patina overall, with scattered dings and small areas of pitting. Grips are very good, with some light pressure dents and flat spots. Mechanically excellent.

B) Hopkins & Allen XL Number 3 Spur Trigger Revolver
Manufactured in the 1870s. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the two line maker and patent markings on top of the barrel and "XL. No 3, N.Y." on the top strap. Matching numbers are present on the barrel, cylinder, cylinder pin, left side of the grip frame and the grip panels. Checkered hammer, smooth spur trigger, and smooth birds head grips.

Condition: Very fine, with 70% of the original nickel finish overall, showing a patch of brown on one segment of the cylinder, scattered spotting and mild handling marks overall. Grips are fine, with exception of mild flat spots and a few small chips and dings. Mechanically excellent.
