A) Manufactured from 1870 to 1890. The top of the barrel has the standard two line Hartford address followed by "No. 1" with the frame having the standard engraving and checkered panels on the grip area. The letter "G" is stamped ahead of the trigger, "41 CAL" is stamped under the barrel release and two British proofs are stamped on the underside of the barrel which is numbered to the gun.

Condition: Good. The metal surfaces have a mottled gray patina showing some mild pitting. The grip checkering is crisp. Mechanically fine.
- B) Manufactured in 1875. Standard two line Hartford barrel address with the etched panel on the left barrel side and "38 CAL" stamped on the left frame side. Barrel and grips are numbered to the gun.

Condition: Very fine. The revolver retains 90% original nickel finish with some scattered minor flaking. Traces of original niter blue finish remain on the cylinder pin and trigger with 60% of the niter blue remaining on the hammer. The grips are fine with high edge wear and minor handling marks. The etched panel is legible.
