<B>Two 19th Century Letters With Firearms Content</B></I> including a four page letter from a T. A. Adams, Philadelphia, October 10, 1869, marked confidential to a Mr. Ames, in which he writes in part: “<I>You will get a letter from a young man in a day or two on an important subject including the little Pistol I suppose you know to who I refer. I with Mr. Forney have 218 Sharps Rifles canvas cartridge Saber Bayonet Cal. 65, etc.</B></I>”, with the usual folds, else near fine; and an 1858 dated invoice for Ordnance property given over by Captain Samuel D. Sturgis, 1st Cavalry, to Captain George Stewart, 1st Cavalry for “<I>Four Colt's Revolvers (Navy) and Four pistol holsters</B></I>”, with a fold crease, else very good. <I>Ex. Henry E.
