Signed by president SP Parmly and secretary Hunt. Not cancelled. Ornate black border and print, red seal in the bottom center. Pinholes, deep folds. 5 x 9.5" The company owned the Mountain Maid (300x1500 feet), situated on the Mineral Basin Slope of Mineral Point Mountain, 1.5 miles NW of Animas Forks, Eureka district. Pay streak 26 inches, assays 40 ounces of silver per ton, developments include one 25ft tunnel. Also owned the Royal Arch, Boston Belle, and Victoria in Poughkeepsie Gulch, Uncompahgre District.
