Where possible, every attempt has been made to determine status of each item in this auction, both physical and electrical, at time of testing. Additional repairs may or may not be necessary.
Western Electric tennis ball tube 205D; This tube was checked on a TV-7D tube tester, and it's emission registers at 80. A very high value for this tube. Unfortunately, this tube at some point in it's history apparently had a loose base and a previous repairmen, in an effort to correct the loose base, applied some form of glue. However, the repairman failed to correctly align the locator pin on the side of the socket to correctly coincide with the 4 tube pins. The pin is off center and will need to be unglued and re-cemented to correct this defect in workmanship. Being sold as is.
