Triplett & Scott repeating rifle, .50 rimfire caliber, blue and case hardened finish, standard wood stocks, marked Kentucky on left side of receiver. Refer Flayderman 9B-101. Approx. 5,000 of these were ordered by the state of Kentucky but arrived too late for Civil War service. The barrel shows 60-80% original blue toning to brown with some scattered light erosion, dried oil, pinprick pitting and normal aging. Serial #654. The frame shows 20-30% case hardening drifting to silvery grey. The stocks are good with a couple of minor splits with one crack, some minor scratches, dings, mars, small losses, but generally good. The buttplate shows case hardening drifting to silver. The sights, small parts, screws retained. The action tight, mechanism working well. The bore excellent. Est: $700 - $1,400

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
