Trini Lopez Correspondence From Ted, Robert, and Ethel Kennedy With White House Invitation. Five framed items, featuring correspondence sent to Trini. Includes: 1)Two Western Union telegrams from 1969 from Ted. The one dated in March (inviting Trini to the Beverly Hilton Hotel) is matted and framed to an overall 11 ¼" x 8 ½". Matte has soiling in various spots while the telegram is overall toned. In Very Good condition. The one dated in January (inviting Trini to the Washington Hilton Hotel) is matted and framed to an overall 11 ¼" x 8 ½". In Very Good Plus condition; 2)A black and white photo of Trini with Lady Bird Johnson. Matted and framed to an overall 13" x 11". In Near Mint condition; 3)A signed letter from Robert F. Kennedy (matted with the original envelope), thanking him for his support. Dated April 4, 1968. Matted and framed to an overall 9" x 14 ½". Signed with a thin black felt tip. Note has a a large fold mark through the center. Envelope has toning. Overall, in Very Good condition; 4)A black and white photo of Robert signed and inscribed by his wife, Ethel. Matted with the original envelope. Framed to an overall 12 ¾" x 17 ¼". Signed and inscribed with a ballpoint pen. Overall, in Very Good condition with light chipping and wear on the frame; 5)An invitation to the White House with its original envelope. Invitation to luncheon as a guest of Hubert Humphrey and his wife on Thursday, October 26, 1967. Matted and framed to an overall 9 ¼" x 17 ½".
