<B>Trenton-Made Model 1860 Civil War Cavalry Saber,</B></I> 42.25" overall length with 35.25" blade. One side of the ricasso is stamped U.S. 1863 with inspector's marks while the other side carries EMERSON & SILVER TRENTON, N.J. Brass guard, leather-covered grip wound in brass wire, tinned scabbard. The blade has a few small nicks per usual, however remains bright with good surfaces. Brass elements enjoy deep old toning and the leather wrap is sound.
