Trent Stove Tile Circa 1890
Sweet stove tile showing a young girl, facing right, wearing a kerchief. Measuring 2 5/8" in diameter (across the back), this has a rounded surface. Majolica greenish/gold glaze, and marked Trent on the back. Made by the Trent Tile Company of Trenton, NJ, ca 1890. In excellent condition, the white is simply a flash reflection.
