Two NGC certified saloon tokens from the Humboldt County town of Eureka: 1) AU Details: damaged: GOLDEN GATE SALOON / EUREKA / CALA // GOOD FOR / 5c / IN TRADE; Br., rd., 21 mm. The April 19, 1906 Humboldt Times (the day after the San Francisco earthquake) reported: "At the Golden Gate Saloon about $50 worth of liquor was spilled.
