<B>Toronto, ON- The Home Bank of Canada</B></I> $5 March 1, 1904 Ch. # 365-10-02<BR> This bank received its charter in 1903, and lasted barely two decades. Its collapse in 1923 resulted in the largest loss to creditors and shareholders of any bank failure in Canada up to that time. All notes from here are very scarce to prohibitively rare, with many of the issued notes unreported to date. This example, bearing the handsome portrait of Major General Sir Isaac Brock, K.B. at left, is circulated but extremely bright and attractive for the grade. <B>Very Good-Fine,</B></I> considerably closer to the latter grade than the former. <BR><I>From The Thomas M.
