His origin is also detailed inside as are numerous other spell-binding features, such as Kardak the Mystic Magician, Air Patrol, Swift of the Secret Service, Mystic, the Westpointer, and Jack Cole's Manhunters. Other artists featured include Jack Binder and Mort Meskin. This title would ultimately evolve into Laugh Comics and run for nearly 50 years. This is MLJ's second title, launched just one month after the first, <B>Blue Ribbon Comics</B></I>. A "scarce" book according to Gerber makes finding any copy of this issue special, and our offering displays impressive eye-appeal. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, tear seal, spine split sealed, glue on cover."
