Extremely rare; possibly unique. No. 74, issued to Zeb Kendall for one share in 1902. Signed by Kendall on reverse. Signed by 3rd vie president Joe Josephs and secretary Kenneth Donnellan. Not cancelled. Gold seal and eagle vignette. Pinholes, folds. 8.25 x 10" Incorporated in May 1902. By June, all 50 seats had been sold and 75 seats were added. They officially opened for business on Dec. 31st, 1902 with HC Cutting serving as first president. Closed just a year later after suspicions of dubious practices (see Tonopah Bonanza newspaper, June 13, 1903). Zebeniezer "Zeb" Kendall (d.1954), a prominent Tonopah citizen who developed mining interests, operated the Palace Hotel, and represented Nye County in the Nevada state legislature.
