Lot of 6 includes: 1) Three from 1940. (10 x 16 3/4") All have identical cardstock base, beige with blue trim and borders. The calendars are approx. 5 3/4 x 3". "Made in the U.S.A." printed on the bottom right of the base. The first print is titled "Flying High." It portrays a girl, a boy, and a dog running while flying kites. It is signed by the artist, H. Hintermeister. The second print, "Winter Wonderlands," is unsigned. It depicts a river running through a grove of trees with snow covering the ground. The third print, also unsigned, is "Spring in the Rockies." It depicts an alpine meadow with flowers beginning to bloom, with a lake and snow covered mountain in the background. 4) From 1944, beige with brown trim and borders. (approx. 8 3/4 x 14 3/4") The print (No. 4430), unsigned, is titled "Symbols of Victory," and has an American flag in the foreground along with tanks, battleships, and planes in the background. 5) From 1945, beige with green and red trim and green borders. (approx. 10 x 16 1/2") The lithograph (No. 4702), titled "Lake Supreme," has "Copr. C. Moss, 1943, Litho in USA" printed at lower right. It depicts a man fishing on an alpine lake with mountains rising up from the lake. One and a half inch tear at center top with fold on upper left corner. 6) From 1945, beige with green border and trim. (approx. 10 x 16 1/4"). The print, unsigned, is titled "Forest Camp." It depicts a lone camper, sitting by a fire next to his tent, near the edge of a lake, with mountains rising from the other side of the lake. Each calendar is stapled to the base near the bottom edge.
