Yawkey writes Robert McMenimen at the Newark News concerning a donation to the Jimmy Fund. in part: “I want to tell you, on behalf of the Children’s Cancer Research Foundation, how much we appreciate your thoughtfulness. We were only too glad to take care of your ticket order for the Yankee series. Please do not hesitate to call on us any time in the future.” In very good condition, with uneven block of uniform toning and three vertical strips of old tape, one over the last three letters of Yawkey’s last name. A PSA/DNA authentication label affixed to the reverse and accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA.
