(Paramount, 2001) Negative/positive imaging mold used in the production of the appliance for Tom Cruise's character "David Aames", who must wear a medicinal mask for over 1/2 of the film. This is the original mold used to make the masks for these scenes. Includes a finished Latex mask, which is detailed down to Cruise's birthmark on his left cheek. Also comes with a pass to the film's premiere.
