Very nice item handled by Tom Cruise in ''The Last Samurai,'' nominated for Best Costume Design. Decorative blue cotton Obi, worn as a traditional kimono sash, was found and examined by Cruise's character when he explored the home of Taka. Deep blue fabric with woven white stripes and decorative blue and white embroidered designs, measures approximately 13' long. One end shows minimal fraying consistent with the normal wear of this type of garment, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a COA from The Hollywood Studio Collection.
