by 2 000 Ft between 20 000-50 000 Ft
by 5 000 Ft between 50 000-100 000 Ft

3. The auctioneer raises the price until only one bid remains and knocks it down by announcing the number of the highest bidder. In the case of protected lots Hungarian museums and collections have a priority of purchase right at the hammer price.

4. With the knocking down the lot becomes the property of the buyer which is validated by payment. If an advance agreement had been made between the buyer and the auctioning company, the auctioning company ensures a 60 day grace period.

5. In the case of a contested case, the auctioneer re-auctions the lot. Unsold items can be requested for re-auctioning continuously.

6. No seller may bid, nor may any third party bid on the seller's behalf in order to reach an unreasonably high price and thus inflict any loss on any other party.

7. Every lot can be viewed at the exhibition. All the lots are sold without warranty with all the imperfections they may have at the time of the auction.

8. The purchase price of the hammer price plus 15% auction fee.

Commissions may be submitted either by postal order, at the exhibition, by phone or fax. In the case of equivalent bids the bidder present at the auction has priority. We do not accept commissions without the indication of the highest limit. In the case of commissioned buying, the client can pick up the items in our shop upon the payment of the full price (Budapest, VI.th district, Jókai tér, 7.) from 2. December.
